We are an appliance service company providing repairs on most makes and models. We currently offer factory authorized service for GE, LG, Electrolux, Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau, Dacor, Samsung, Speed Queen, Whirlpool, Sub Zero, Wolf, and Cove. A majority of our service is out of warranty. We currently provide service for Wabash, Huntington, Miami, Grant, Kosciusko, Fulton, and Cass County. We are planning to expand our current coverage area. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our customers and to provide our technicians with a stable and flexible work environment.  Our expansion into new areas will be determined by the need for service in an area and the ability to find a qualified technician to manage that area of coverage.


What we offer


  • Experienced technicians start at an hourly rate of $25 an hour
  • After 6 months we will review performance, revise hourly pay, net profit sharing starts.

Job requirements


  • Valid driver license
  • Background check and drug screen through PlusOne Solutions
  • Smart Phone
  • Minimum 5 years appliance specific experience
  • Ability to move appliances for repair, lift 70lbs, bend, twist, kneel
  • Level 1 minimum freon certification
  • Good work attendance- Usual work days 8-5 Monday - Friday


Job Responsibilities


  • Contacting customers and scheduling service
  • Looking up required parts and submitting for order
  • Using all avenues of support to properly diagnose appliances
  • Communicating to the customer the diagnosis and expected total to repair
  • Keeping work van and inventory in order
  • Keeping a professional appearance and respectful attitude with customers
  • Completing all service requests in a timely manner
